Throw out your highfalutin', artistic, aspirations for GOLD! Go Old School with win fabulous prizes and the respect and envy of your peers! We're talkin' nitty gritty dorito dust covered dice and crumpled character sheets hack and slash monster killing treasure finding artifact hunting dragon slaying Lord of the Ring's plagiarizing classic fantasy!

Unbury your 10x10 rooms with a chest protected by ogres behind an altar!

Release your bandits led by an Evil Overlord Drow Bandit King Cult Leader.

Give us your wandering monster lists, critical hit charts and fumble tables.

We want the traps, the iron spikes, the ropes, the taverns with bar wenches and all your magical weapon shops. Dig it all out and let us relive our glory days.

On top of all this Old School madness, Murometz has sponsored a $100 prize for the winner(s) of the quest.

The classic swamp, filled with a purveying dampness and faint mist. Clouds of buzzing biting insects drift over vast expanses of soggy marsh and brackish water. Lone trees tilt towards the sky, struggling against the purveying rot.

In the middle of summer a small town is beset by a blizzard that enshrouds it in a blanket of snow.­ The cause is unknown and all contact with the town is lost.­ The player characters are hired to investigate the town and put a stop to the blizzard if at all possible.

Medieval Britons didn't write contracts. Instead, men making agreements would clap their knives onto an altar and recite the agreement three times to seal a deal. Even after the Normans introduced written contracts, British nobles would wrap the parchment around a knife to authenticate it.
