Some thoughts on Healing in D&D byWhat do you do for overnight healing?
I usually do Level plus CON bonus as overland healing, x3 if you rest the whole day
How about you?
Do you do binding?
I did d6 binding of woulds after a fight that you must take at least one, but I have had a lot of variations on this
Only so many times a day
Must be done by clerics
must have the medic skill
d4 instead of d6
don't need to take a min. of one
d4 from taking one strong drink once a day(crypts and things)
heal d8 from taking a second wind(D&D4th)
acupuncture (varies on technique) mine

This leads to 'issues' when someone tries to harm a member of the Imperial clan or when these members are subversive. Such people are often killed by the being chained under a giant bell. They die within a day or so from the vibration, but they die untouched by Human hands.”
“ The PCs encounter an elaborate trap room, designed to fill with water, drowning those inside. Clever and resourceful, they disable the trap and move on. Only later do they discover that this room is part of the elaborate cooling system that prevents beasts of elemental fire from overrunning the complex. While the fiery beasts run rampant, they begin setting fires, which causes the complex to become increasingly hot and smoke-filled. Additionally, the PCs now have to fight their way out past aggressive fire creatures...”
