Djabringabeeralong

Djabringabeeralong is a legendary weapon of the changeling race, which can be used to kill, to maim, or to knock somebody out. The weapon itself looks like a long flat paddle made of ironwood. One side has many sharp obsidian blades mined by changelings from the Craggy Blacks mountain range, and a full force blow that connects with flesh can cut the head off a human or a horse and even pierce through dragon scales. They are held in place with changeling gum produced by changeling spinnerets. The other half has leopard teeth and claws from a slain leopard that carry infection so that even a flesh wound can turn serious within hours.

In the hands of a changeling, even a glancing blow , as long as it hits flesh ,also drains the target of love ( in stats terms, it takes 1 skill point and 2 stamina points) whilst a direct blow on an unarmored head with the flat part of the weapon can knock the target out so he or she can be cocooned by the changelings, their love drained to feed the changeling hive and the changeling grubs within.

In the hands of a Changeling Queen, the powers of the weapon are truly awoken, and a glancing blow in stats terms, as long as it hits flesh,  drains 6 skill points and 12 stamina points from the target as his or her love is taken and absorbed, giving the Changeling Queen the 6 skill points and 12 stamina points from the victim for as long as the combat lasts.
