1. Fancy Pants
Fancy Pants are fancy and improve the level of NPC reaction to the character wearing them.
2. Smarty Pants
Smarty Pants make for a smart wardrobe choice, and once a day, the wearer can reroll one failed intelligence check.
3. Seat of the Pants
Some people just seem to get by when they should have obviously failed. These stylish pants allow the wearer to reroll one failed skill check, dodge, evasion, hide, or similar sneak check. If this attempt fails, the Seat of the Pants pants become damaged and no longer work until repaired.
4. Liar Liar Pants on Fire
A cursed pair of pants, these make things hot for people adverse to the truth. Should the wearer ignore this feeling and keep being facetious with facts, the pants will burst into flames, dealing a not insignificant amount of damage.
5. Training Pants
Commonly worn by page, squires, and other lads in martial training, training pants will stop a critical failure on a physical or combat roll, changing it from a critical fail to a regular fail. Then the pants tear and fall off.
6. Ants in the Pants
These pants are cursed, but actually look very stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately, they cause the wearer to be restless and vaguely agitated. They are routinely distracted, and so long as they are worn, the wearer cannot take a long rest.
7. The Brown Trousers
Another pair of cursed pants, the Brown Trousers will make sure no one knows if you soil yourself. This is a good thing, because anytime the wearer is startled, they have to make a constitution/stamina check to Fight the Brown Dragon, which if they fail they lose that fight. Good thing about the pants magic, eh?
Also, Fighting the Brown Dragon is my favorite defecating euphemism.
