Xenith Industries
Xenith industries is the best weapons manufacturer in the galaxy, they make anything from missiles and bombs to concealed weapons and grenades, they also supply several mining companies with the explosives they need. Xenith was originally created in the year 3000 and has survived to the present day. Along the way they have participated in some of the most ambitious and costly weaponry projects including the race to make plasma stable and (unofficially) creating most of the ship Typhoon. The products they create are one of the highest qualities that you can buy, they are also extremely expensive. The metal required to make these products comes from a small moon that they have set p a mining base on, several other companies have also set up bases and are trying to take Xenith's land. Because Xenith is a weapons manufacturer the other companies generally are careful around them, but lately they have been getting more and more daring. The weaponry and ships they produce all carry the Xenith logo, a quarter moon with a red X.
to add an idea. It only takes a moment.
The Typhoon
Typhoon is a warship, one of the first built, because of this the engines are outdated and produce EMP which will kill any non-shielded electronics within 5000 feet. 6 Legs can extend out of the sides giving it a slow, walking ability. It also uses a jump engine that extends from the bottom of the craft and uses a huge amount of force to send it blasting up out of the atmosphere, the shock of this “jump” is tremendous, sending shock waves that can fell trees up to a mile away and can still be felt nearly 50 miles away. Another unique thing about this craft is that it has two engine rooms, on a normal warship the two would be compressed into one and the engines linked to that. The main engine room is where the engine that powers the “Jump” is. The secondary engine room is where the spaceflight engines are powered from, these are very in-efficient consuming much more fuel than necessary and requiring that plasma suits be worn in the engine room in case of any leaks caused by overloading the dazzling array of rubber tubes and hoses used to transmit the tremendous amount of force to the engines. Now for the weaponry, on the prow of the ship is a set of miniguns that can be controlled by the pilot, also on board are numerous crates of high explosives, handguns, rifles, grenades and machine guns, this is just the weaponry stored in the cargo hold. On duty at any one time there are Glider Bombs, normal bombs, several mounted cannons, numerous mounted machine guns, about 100-250 short-range missiles and 50 long-range ones, that should give you an idea of the size of this thing. Also on board are the barracks for nearly 500 soldiers and 100 engineers. It also has VIP rooms for diplomats and the pilot, who has to go through several years of training just to LOOK at it. The armor of the Typhoon is very thick, capable of surviving a direct hit from a alpha airstrike with minimal damage. If infantry ever get close to this thing it will open fire with its short-range missiles and open its bay doors so the infantry can get a good shot with the mounted machine guns. In extreme situations it can also use its jump ability but lock onto the ground to effectively blast away enemy troops, this maneuver is extremely dangerous though and will result in 3 days of repairs and no motors at the least. The ship was first spotted on planet Tarus in year 3026 crashing through the jungle destroying several bases the local military had set up. Soon the story spread and rumors started popping up all over the galaxy about the Typhoon landing on hundreds of planets across many systems only a few of these stories turned out to be true, several cities had been destroyed by the Typhoon were found and all of them had one thing in common, they had military installments created by the old empire. Soon the empire began seeking out the Typhoon, they where only successful in finding it once and once they did they send about 50,000 men to attack it, the transmissions told this story: “When they encountered the ship above the planet they where immediately attacked by mounted cannon, destroying several ships immediately and causing about 5,000 of the attacking force to be immediately depressurized and killed. Then the Typhoon cut their engines, plummeting to the surface and creating a large crater where it landed. The ships stormed the Typhoon inflicting minimal damage and taking another 10,000 casualties. Then the transports landed and infantry stormed out, the battle was short, all 200 short-range missiles fired at once, engulfing the Typhoon in a cloud of smoke and decimating most of the army. Any survivors where finished off by the machine guns manned by the surviving crew of the Typhoon.” The crew of the typhoon was down to 256 from 600, most where killed by the shock of landing on the planet with no cushioning, others where killed in airstrikes but these where mostly the exposed gun crews that where not fast enough to take cover against the strikes. When the old empire sent another battalion of troops to scout the typhoon had jumped to orbit, leaving only flaming wreckage and bodies where the 50 thousand troops used to be.
It has been nearly 200 years since that event and the Typhoon has never been seen again, except by drunks wandering through town at night.

Xenith Grenades
Smoke Grenade.
A smoke grenade is generally used to conceal the movements of troops or as a tool to obscure the enemies vision long enough to either get away or set an ambush. The grenade is cylinder shaped and sends a dense cloud of smoke out for 5-15 seconds depending on what you set it to electronically, the delay can also be adjusted from 1 to 30 seconds before smoke pours out. The smoke its self is harmless, and will not color wood, metal or any other type of material. Depending on what type you purchase the smoke may be, black, white, blue, orange, or green. A small amount of heat is produced while the smoke is created but it is not significant. The smoke produced dissipates into the atmosphere in about 30 seconds or up to 5 minutes in a closed room.
Gas Grenade.
A Gas Grenade is a type of smoke grenade where the smoke produced is poisonous and will cause the target to be knocked out or killed in a few seconds depending on the type of poison. The heat caused by this grenade is much more than the Smoke grenade and can burn cloth or paper touching the grenade. Smoke caused by this type of grenade is usually green or yellow and can color cloth. This type of grenade is banned by the galactic convention but there is a rumor that if you know the right people you can get a hold on a few of these things, without the Xenith logo on them of course.
Fragmentation Grenade
The Frag grenade is a grenade that explodes either on impact or by a timer, sending small pieces of metal shrapnel spinning out in all directions. This shrapnel is quite lethal but easy to block, just body armor or a Kevlar vest, although sometimes the force behind the shrapnel is so great that it can penetrate Kevlar and even an inch of steel.
Stun Grenade
The stun grenade is a grenade that stuns the target by emitting a earsplitting bang and a burst of light, causing temporary blindness. If you are too close to one of these when it goes off you may go partially deaf due to the extreme noise generated by the grenade. The stun lasts for approximately 5 seconds in which the target can not move due to the extreme pain from the blinding light and the noise.
Plasma Grenade
The plasma grenade is another grenade manufactured by Xenith. It is a grenade that uses extreme heat to vaporize the metal casing, a millisecond after the metal is vaporized a second charge detonates sending the metal vapor rocketing in all directions and effectively destroying and living material or wood/cloth/paper in a 20 foot radius.
Firebomb Grenade
The Firebomb grenade creates a 10-foot radius of fire, destroying anything not made of metal or stone. If a person is caught in the blast they have a 10% chance of surviving, albeit with horrific scars. This type of grenade is banned by the galactic convention.
Rubber Grenade
A non-lethal weapon, the rubber grenade, or “Rubbers”, as the star captains call them blast an enemy off his feet and deposits him roughly on the ground. If you are too close to the blast then the balls may break a rib or two and possibly put out an eye but for the most part they are harmless.
EMP Grenade
A weapon to be used against electronics, the EMP grenade emits an electro magnetic pulse shorting any electronics in a certain vicinity. This grenade is one of the most advanced, allowing the pulse to be set from 10 feet anywhere to 100 feet. This grenade has no effect on humans and most types of aliens but can be very devastating to the enemy when they all find their weapons won’t fire. Because of concerns of frying your own ship, this grenade is most used in Hullbreachers or rocket launchers.
Acid Grenade
An acid grenade is a formidable weapon. They come in three strengths, green, orange, and red. Green grenades are generally used against electronics, bio computers, and documents. Because of this, many large companies have these grenades rigged in their security system to protect secrets. Orange grenades are used when green grenades are either too weak to dissolve the material, or if more speed is required. These grenades are also able to dissolve living materials with ease. Red grenades are the most dangerous, able to eat through inches of metal in seconds. All these types of grenades use the same ignition system, and a small charge sends the acid flying.
Needle Grenade
The needle grenade is an anti-personnel grenade only. It uses pressurized gas to propel several hundred inch long needles in all directions. The needles travel about 20 feet before deploying fins to slow them down, becoming harmless within 3 feet after deploying fins. Because of the compressed gas needle grenades are commonly used in fragile environments where lethal force is desired but a normal grenade could damage equipment.
All these grenade types can fit into the Xenith rocket launcher or Hullbreacher. They can also be set for duration (smoke and gas), and time till detonation.

Like an NPC, a major corporation has a certain style, and for lack of a better word, personality. Is it forthright and ethical in its dealings, or will it cut corners and lie for a buck? Is it relatively green, greenwashed, or does it not care? It is an arms company - Who is reliant on it for arms? Does it sell primarily to armies? Does it sell on the grey market, to questionable persons? Is it forbidden from doing business anywhere?Does it have a massive skunkworks hidden somewhere, or does it mostly refine and perfect things that come out of a military lab? They have some sort of R&D somewhere, but how deeply can they keep it under wraps? How much corporate espionage does it partake in? Do they have any massive competitors? Do they tend to buy little companies for single technologies? Are they an important employer in some region? Are the workers rewarded and loyal, or disgruntled and ready for a buy-off? Do they often get protested? Is there a legion of fanatics that love the product that does hit the personal market?
Who is important on the board? Who actually calls the shots? How is it related to other corporations through the board? Have any of the major players hit scandal lately? Has this cost it anything? Does it have freely traded stock? Is it tracking the market, does it tend to do unusually well, or unusually poorly? Has it had any spikes or crashes lately?

Very general, I think this needs to be fleshed out.
Maybe put it "In Work" until then ?

A good stub, but needs some more fleshing out as Siren already said.
One area I am most curious about is the origins behind the company, how did it first come into being and what was the creator like? Does it have an over all legacy or reputation the current owner/s are trying to live up to?
Also, what are some of it's primary competitors like? Do they engage in industrial espionage to any extent? Are they above selling prototypes on the black market for "field testing" and to turn a fast profit?
Tossing this into the advice requested area and giving it an overhaul/expansion could turn it into a solid useful piece for any sci-fi setting.
