This is about a new country being exposed to the world and judged by if they are vampire or not.
Vampires exist in a new country that is completed and some are chosen to exist in this new country if they are vampires they are highest level of the highest class of the highest caste if not they are lesser beings. The country is the Vampire States Of America. The VSA recognized by all who matter world wide and even universal knowledge of the new citizens of a new country is held by vampires in other realms who have all decided to allow representative of the VSA to conduct themselves with the proper dignity the VSA deserves.
