1. Standard Laboth

The standard laboth is a rabbit or hare roughly the size of a large dog, 30-50 lbs, and somewhat territorial and aggressive. These are not hutch-kept plumpers, they are wirey lean creatures that are fast, have a huge jump range, and though not being predatory in the slightest, are ambush attackers. The attack usually starts with a flying spear attack, the laboth turning itself into a missile. This is generally enough to dismount an unwary rider, knock a footman to the ground, and inflict some potentially serious wounds. They can also bite and scratch but this is minimal damage and can be stopped with almost any armor.

2. Rarebit

The Rarebit Laboth is slightly more lean than the standard laboth, but has razor-sharp teeth and can deliver a dangerous bite. They do not hurl themselves as missile weapons but do go for slashing bites against ankles, hamstrings, and the groin. A downed foe will find the rarebits coming for their throat and face.

3. Bashhit

A bashit is a thick laboth with stronger legs and a reinforced skull. It carries out the same flying spear attacks as other laboths, but can mount a charge attack and a headbutt attack without a running or jumping start. They are the most dangerous of the common laboth as they can break a kneecap, break a horse's leg, and break wagon wheels with their startling attacks.

4. Laboth Longstrider

50% larger than a regular laboth, the longstrider can move twice as fast as the common versions of the monster. It's attack profile is little different, but it is used as a scout. Dungeon Cores can share sensory input from their monsters, so longstriders can leave the domain of the core and explore around it, and relate this information back.

5. Shell Laboth

Also known as an armored rabbit, the shell laboth has an armored carapace and is more resistant to all forms of damage. Like the Longstrider, it is a tier up from the common laboth, and is accordingly, more dangerous. It can deliver the flying spear attack, bum rush, and headbutt attacks with greater force. It can also enter a frenzy state and become highly aggro.

6. Titan Laboth

Possibly one of the most disturbing of the laboth kin, the titan is a humanoid shaped beast, several hundred pounds in weight, that is as comfortable on two legs as on four. They are all superficially male, have human level intelligence, but very limited vocal capacity. They are most commonly found associated with a Gulerodian beastmaster, where they work as part of a barbarian-monster fighting team.

7. Laboth Decapitator

Rumored to be the most dangerous beast in the region, the Decapitator looks exactly like a regular laboth, complete with soft fur, velvety ears, and doe-like eyes. It can use a flying tackle attack which is more effective than the regular flying spear, and has a modest chance of disarming an impacted foe. It can also decapitate a foe if it scores a critical hit on its attack.
