1-Vampire Hat

The Vampire Hat is a long, tapered wizard’s hat that is made of velvet and embroidered with stars and moons. It has been worn by high ranking wizards who taught at a major magical university for centuries, passed down from Vice Chancellor to Vice Chancellor all that time, soaking up the ambient magic found there, until the fateful day when it spontaneously became sentient and took over it’s wearer with a very strong Charm Person spell. If someone could master the hat, he or she would become a very powerful magic user, but unfortunately the Vampire Hat would be far more likely to mentally enslave anybody who made the mistake of putting it on. And if the Vampire Hat’s mind were somehow to be slain whilst leaving the hat intact enough to wear, the hat would be just that, a mere hat with no magical powers whatsoever.

2-Concealed Helmet

This cap is meant for bodyguards to wear at things like international summits or balls where armour would look very out of place, and is made of a surprisingly lightweight yet strong armour that protects the head from anything short of a bullet. Although comfortable to wear for long periods, unlike the Oddjob Hat it cannot be used as a weapon.

3-Ten Gallon Hat

Whilst it can’t hold that much water, it is waterproof and can be zipped up to keep up to two gallons of water inside, keeping the head cool in hot weather and meaning that the hat’s owner can drink from the hat when thirsty just by taking it off, unzipping it and having a swig.

4-Sorting Hat

Put this on, and a few seconds later it will say what job you would be best at doing, and the nearest employer with vacancies for said job. A country uses this to make sure everyone is sent to do what they are best and and were destined for, to keep everything running smoothly.

5-Oddjob Hat

This Bowler hat is heavy to wear, and has a metal brim covered by cloth, capable when thrown of breaking the head off a stone statue- or breaking someone’s neck or ribs depending on where it hits. The wearer has to be strong to wear it for more than a short time without discomfort from the weight.

6-Master and Slave Hats

The Slave hat is a beautiful bejewelled crown, whilst the Master hat is an ordinary servant’s cap. The wearer of the Master hat, can give orders that the wearer of the Slave hat is unable to disobey, and they were fashioned by wizards working for the secret service of a kingdom so that a secret agent wearing the Master Hat could infiltrate the royal servants, secretly swap the royal crown with the Slave hat, and enslave the king of the targeted kingdom and rule it through him.

7-Mental Protection Hat

The weather of this hat can see through illusion magic with ease and cannot be possessed even by the strongest ghosts or mages, but it is tiring to wear for more than a couple of hours at a time as it takes it’s energy from it’s wearer.
