1. Emeraude
Emeraude Coffee is a peasant coffee that is easily grown in wet temperate climates. It has a heavy yield, disease resistance, and is rain rot resistant. Brews up as a cup of olive green liquid. It has a smooth texture and pleasant mouthfeel, but the taste is divisive. People who dislike Emeraude claim it tastes like dirt. People who like it generally agree, with the caveat that it tastes like nice dirt.

Caffeine: Low
Growing Conditions: Low hills and semi-forested areas in temperate climates
Bean: small and shiny green
Cost: Inexpensive
2. Gloreredh
Gloreredh is a very rare and expensive coffee that was cultivated by the Oried, or High Elves. As it was intended to be the pinnacle, it is difficult to grow anywhere outside of an elfin grove, and the almost metallic gold beans demand an exorbitant cost. The coffee brewed from these beans looks almost like liquid gold in moonlight
Taste: sublime and complicated with notes of ivory, oak, petrichor, and anemoia
Caffeine: Very high
Growing Conditions: only in Elfin sacred groves, or high-level dungeons
Bean: large and flat, with a metallic gold sheen
Cost: Prohibitive
3. Moorehead
Formerly Moreredh from the elder tongue, this is the common black coffee that everyone is familiar with.
Taste: Slightly bitter with floral notes
Caffeine: moderate
Growing Conditions: cool mountainous above 6000 feet
Bean: medium brown bean
Cost: high
4. Rhoscure or Tarasceen Red
A mellow and flavorful coffee only found and sold in Terrasquestone. This is the most common brew in the city, and the surrounding areas. There are many coffee houses that flourish their specific manner of treating, brewing, and presenting this esteemed beverage of the city.

Caffeine: high
Growing Conditions: Only in vicinity of Terrasquestone, and brought up from the dungeon by adventurers
Bean: medium red-orange
Cost: low to high, depending on part of the city and prep method
5. Ortadaen

6. Telumbia
No one is really sure if Telumbia is a plant-like fungus or a fungus-like plant, but it grows underground, commonly in dungeons. This beans can be broken out of the pods and chewed as a stimulant, while coffee makers in Understone will brew it using heated sand and cups made of an alloy of wightsilver and tarasceen steel, which completely changes the taste. Understone Telum is a pleasant grayish-brown cup. The raw beans, or beans ground and boiled over a campfire make a murky sour brew that causes facial tics and nausea, but will keep a hero awake for hours
Taste: Telum has notes of cream, smoke, and fresh broken soil after a rain. Heroe's coffee is sour like old socks.
Caffeine: very high
Growing Conditions: underground
Bean: large soft gray pods
Cost: low to modest
7. Ingolemovido
Carefully cultivated over centuries, Ingolemovido was created by the magi of Palisander. They curated the growth of these plants to produce a mana infused product, in an attempt to make Conjurer's Coffee, or coffee that was also a mana restorative. They succeeded, though most of the groves were consumed in the cataclysm that ended their empire. Non-magic users can be poisoned by poorly made ingolemovido, and easily die from the effects.
Taste: alacric, with notes of antimony and anxiety
Caffeine: unknowable, but likely poisonous
Growing Conditions: The Pralendian wastelands, where surviving orchards might be found in sheltered valleys
Bean: iridiscent brown and purple
Cost: gobsmacking.
