1. Queen of Basilisks

The Queen of Basilisks is a tall and thin woman with a long graceful neck and a penchant for wearing very slinky and form-fitting royal gowns, and then having accessories made of exotic leather like her literal basilisk leather boots, belt, and long gloves. She is lawful evil, respects strength, and has no concept of truth or deception because everything she says and does is misdirection and coercion. What makes her more frightening is that she has the power to hold people with her eyes, and if they displeased her, she could hit them with a Ray of Petrification from her rage-bulged eyes.

2. Queen of Hydras

The Queen of Hydras has many faces, not literally, but figuratively. She is the demure and proper queen at her king's right hand. She is also the spymaster of the kingdom, and nothing happens without her cadres of spies, divinationists, and wonderous item collectors knowing about it. She herself is also a mercenary assassin, a role she held before becoming royalty. She is also a caring mother, an abusive trainer, and a seducer of weak men and insecure women, all of whom become part of her networks. None would imagine how such an innocent and genuine woman could also be versed in poisons and bladework and laugh while spattered with blood. She has many faces. 

3. Queen of Chimeras

The Queen of Chimeras is a dangerous woman. She has the hubris and ego of a weak man, the honesty of a horse trader, and the libido of a teenage degenerate. She is also a skilled swordswoman, an accomplished sorceress, and a dominatrix. She wears an openly armored sorceress's dress with a sword belt and dominatrix-style boots, gloves, and spiked collars. 

4. Queen of Behemoths (FF)

The Queen of Behemoths is a great fat woman who likes to wear a circlet with curling horns on it. She has a genuinely sour mood, and many think that the only happiness she finds is in screaming and abusing people at court, ordering generous floggings, long periods in the gaol, or in the roadside cages, or her personal favorite, the stockades. She also has an appetite for violence, so supports constant tourneys, lists, jousts, and when war is on the table the answers isn't yes or no, its when and where and now.

5. Queen of Malboros (FF)

The Queen of Malboros is a large woman with a huge mane of hair, tiny eyes, and a disturbing aura. She is chaotic evil, but in a laid back way, let rot and disease do the heavy lifting rather than hosts and armies. She has a bottomless appetite, enjoys eating food that is fermented or putrefied, and sometimes takes her meals still alive and begging for their lives. She also has an ability to belch out a hideous cloud that inflicts all of the status ailments possible against those hit by it. She does this fairly regularly. There are no prisons in her realm, offenders are eaten, or they get the barfing cloud treatment, and then eaten.

6. Queen of Dragons

The Queen of Dragons is a full on warrior queen, following the ancient path of dragon dancing. She is fast, dangerous with her hand razors, and she can expend essence to spew a gout of flame like a real dragon. While many assume this powerful and fierce woman is evil, she is true neutral, only caring about gathering gold, protecting her children, and reaching the pinnacle of the dragon path, where legend says she can transcend and become an actual dragon.

7. Queen of Perytons

The Queen of Perytons is a chaotic evil woman who likes to wear feathers in her accessories and considers public torture an form of performance art. She rules over a court of intrigue, attempted assassination, and the worst sort of infighting. Her entire line is punctuated with fratricide, incest, and cackling degeneracy. She remains in power because of her sorcerous power, ruthlessness, and the might of her mind-controlled royal spouse.

8. Queen of Terrasques

The Queen of Terrasques has been asleep for three centuries, her repose undisturbed deep in the Gygaxian Gyre. She is a powerful and imposing woman, but these are regular terms for a titan. She is seventeen feet tall, built like a Greek warrior goddess, and crowned with golden curls to put Shirley Temple to shame. When the time comes, she will awaken and take up her dragonbrass helm, gorget, and gauntlets, and draw forth Atma, the Dragonbrass Hammer of Understone, and lead the hosts of the Gyre out of the darkness to face whatever threat has foolishly challenged the greatest city on Cridhedun.

On the Apocalyptic day, the Four Divine Guardians are prophesied to rise, and the host of the terraskin will take up arms, and in the darkest hour the ground will shake and the Great Terrasque itself will emerge from its millennial slumber to rage.
