Ted	Incarnate Ascension By: Ted A fairly blunt, systemic look at The Shattering. For flowery prose, look elsewhere ;) Systems Divine/ Spirit Specific the shattering the conflicted ones	by Ted 50^xp 6 replies 4344 views

“ A rather large armed group slowly walks the road. Unless you get to see what they transport, you could think it is a caravan with expensive goods, or the soldiers escort someone important. But this is a prisoner transport, on the way to mines, criminals on their way for punishment. The soldiers may be willing to talk, the captain will have a few questions on you and the road, but they will keep distance, and part soon.”

“ After killing certain animals, if you drink their blood while performing a sort of ritual you will have visions and/or gain specific powers for an amount of time.”

“ A casual remark by one of the party about something met on a previous adventure leads to a summons to and grilling by the Mages' Guild (or equivalent), probably resulting in an expedition back to that area to recover the things for study by the Guild. The party's presence will be 'requested' for this expedition.”
