Book of Fury
By: Ria Hawk

The Book of Fury is a tool that many aspiring vampire hunters would kill to get their hands on.  Of course, since the only way to get it would be to pry it from the dead hand of the Reverend Fury…

The Book of Fury is a relatively large, tattered black book, with a stylized flame-and-sword symbol on the cover.  The pages are handwritten, and some contain drawings of what appear to be weapons, anatomy, and other things. It was written by Reverend Fury as part of his quest to destroy undead.  The book contains many notes on vampires: vampire lore, how to recognize vampires, how to kill vampires (by far the largest portion), and similar notes for other types of undead.  There is no particular organization to the text, and liberally sprinkled throughout it are Reverend Fury’s egotistical (possibly megalomanical) ramblings, all of which generally make it sound like a particularly hellfire-and-brimstone religious text, not to mention making it very confusing to read.  The Reverend will not relinquish this book under any circumstances, even though he rarely has to reference it anymore.  In violent situations, he is likely to start quoting some of the more vitriolic passages.

This book has no special properties beyond being a VERY thouroughly researched manual of the undead and how to kill them in as many ways as possible.

It has style, it has personality, this is a worthwhile addition to any vampire game, or any other game as flair. As always, well done. Kudos.

Amusing notion that the man won't let anyone else get hold of his book, and even moreso that he starts quoting himself during a fight when he gets worked up.

The spellbook of a long dead wizard that has gained the ability to read itself and cast spells from itself. If could be amazingly powerful as an ally, or use its magic to manipulate and rule a kingdom.
