Fairy Luck
Plots  (Hired)   (Encounter)

Very fun, especially if the Gm seeds some red herring magical items among the latest trove of treasure the group think *may* be cursed.

Turn dead spells to banish ghostly saboteurs, see the invisible to spot the meddlesome mage, and accusing the thief of going overboard to prove her usefulness to the group. All sadly in vain for everything keeps coming full circle, even that rotting sandwich, formerly silently moldering in the bottom of  Stella's travel pack until she noticed the repulsive smell...

So much fun to be had by the inclusion of one innocent little fey....

Easy to use for a plug in to keep the action going when the characters wander off the beaten path,. and easily adapted to sci-fi games which is a nice plus.

A midlevel heist and mystery, good for a nice change of pace from the usual dungeon crawl

Wow a piece of ancient history, the first ever sub for Strolen's!

It's fascinating to compare the beginning works to the later stuff, show's how much everything's grown over the years. Go to Comment

As the year draws to a close I think it's fitting to remember the first post that started it all, and remind everyone how far we've come on the journey to excellence in all things rpg.

Demon Bang
Plots  (Hired)   (Side-Quest)

"Demon Bang" It sounds like the title to an especially lewed bards tale, involving no small amount of Succubi. :P

Title aside this is a quick little adventure seed that can be tossed in almost anywhere as filler when the GM needs a quick adventure/encounter to occupy the party while she comes up with the next piece of the campaign.

In the middle of a desert in an oasis is a single prospering oak tree. Near the tree is a large pool of water. Drinking from the water is said to give you eternal life but really only extends your life for as long as you continue drinking from it. Those that have found it and left, have never found it again. Some search for it still.
