Busts and Equestrians, Statues and Bas-reliefs.
All adorn the diminished mountains.
For power, deserved or not, emanates from these works.
Shaped as the stone was shaped, strengthened by the art of stone.
Princes undo the work of Kings - a cycle repeated.
Until now.
A new King. A new Rule. A circle Broken.
A Plan to arise the bones of the earth and make things anew.
The old must perish to nourish the new.

I really like it, I like the prose style as well. So they are going tear down the statues and quarry new stone replace them.
