Angel spreads his wings and circles into the air after Shell, searching for the Kamijin.

"Do you think he knows where he's going?" he asks her.

(OOC: Is it alright if I join on the side of the Kamijin? I can always change sides, though.)

In the darkness, there was a shadow. None who glanced at it would have seen anything. Those who looked closer would have seen a humanoid shape before moving off. Closer, closer still, would a person then see what really lay there.

A black shape, a female. Clothed in darkness, she smiled to herself. For those who knew her, she was only the Assassin. For those who didn't, she was Death. In her hand was a blade, at least a foot long. It was black, obsidian.

From the darkness, she stepped out, and smiled.
'Me, a thief? Ah... no, why on earth would I be a thief?' - When questioned on her occupation.

OOC: Anything. As you can see, both sides will probably have good and evil characters.

IC: Angel, suddenly spotting movement, dove. It didn't have quite a Kamijin energy signature, though. He pulled up, just short of the ground, and landed lightly. He looked around, the black blade Chaos Shard in his hand.

Shell answered Angle just as he started to swoop "No, proably not. If he is anything like the other dark ally lurking figures I've run into  he's pretty cocky. Now that you mention it I'm gonna go look for him."
"Look at me I'm Daniel Boone, I'm a big man,
I'm a big man with a gun! Bang! Bang! Now I'm
Pat Boone Gonna have a Christmas Special."

(OOC: Ah. So I get to meet everyone. How nice. In any case, I'm now firmly working for the Kamajin, unless one of you can convince me otherwise. Incidently, I'm not a vampire. Don't make me one, though you're welcome to mistake me as such.)

The Assassin smiled at the people in front of her. She was clad in black, from her black sleaveless sweater to her black leather gloves, her black slacks and her black boots. It's almost impossible to tell where the shadows end and she begins, just as it's impossible to give her an age. The best estimate one can hope for is that she's between fifteen to twenty-five.

Almost absentmindedly, she lifted a hand to pick at the black collar around her neck, noting to herself the unusual tightness. The Kamajin had been a little tight strung recently. As she surveyed the three standing in front of her she laughed to herself. Weaklings.

"So. Are you going to try to fight me?" The Assassin's voice is mild, and soft, but there is a sinister undertone. "Three against one? I don't think that's very fair." She smiles, which is to say the corners of her mouth turn up, and all her teeth are visible. "Don't worry about your miserable lives. I'm not here to kill you. If I was, you'd be dead by now."

She laughs as she takes in the looks of the three. "Dias is waiting for me, though, so I won't keep you here." She takes a step back into the darkness, suddenly dissapearing from sight. There is only shadows where she had been.

And one mile out of town, the Assassin laughed, together with the Kamajin next to her, enjoying the darkness.
'Me, a thief? Ah... no, why on earth would I be a thief?' - When questioned on her occupation.

Angel slashes the air with a curse.
"You two just HAD to follow me, didn't you? Did it ever occur to you that I can work alone?  I could have had her!"
He stalks off, through a wall.

"What the hell is your problem? If you want to work alone then thats fine but dont ask for help and then yell at us." She yells at the wall that Angel just walked through. "GOD! WHO THE HELL DOES HE THINK HE IS?!?"
She spreads here wings and hovers 10 feet off the ground, "I'm gonna go get a drink. Are you comming?"

(OOC: Oi, VladTepes, mind typing your posts with something called punctuation? It makes things a hell lot easier to read... BTW, the Kamajin are NPC's, so I suppose you can more or less control them if you meet with one.)

The Assassin grins. "That went well," she comments to Dias. "Those three can't even get along, and a time might come when they may very well need to." She runs a hand through her now undone hair, which runs down her back. "Do you mind if I follow them? They seem... interesting."

Dias looks at the Assassin, studying her features for any clue of her feelings. As always, nothing showed. He nods, but barely. The Assassin smiled slightly. She'd an interesting personality, when it showed. She liked to kill. Sudden interest in people usually meant careful studying of their lives, then their death. She liked to take her time.

The Assassin stepped off the road they were on, through a portal she had oppened. She may have been human, but that was debatable. Many suspected she wasn't even alive. As she reapears in the now deserted street, she looks to the wall that Angel had stepped through.

And follows.
'Me, a thief? Ah... no, why on earth would I be a thief?' - When questioned on her occupation.

OOC: Spiffy, Vlad and I know eachother so this is a very informal thread since for two pages now we were the only three here. so how 'bout we stop being so d**n picky. It's not really that important.

Angel circles in the air high above the town, pondering what had happened. He extends eldritch senses to their max range, feeling for something new. Sensing nothing, he sighs, and goes to perch, high on a building.

Shell sits waiting for something, anything to happen as she throws back her 3rd shot and watches the dark man make an ass out of himself.

OOC: ok so can we get back to playing.

IC: Shell throws back another shot of vodka, she watches as her dark companion is punched by a very stately looking penguin. "Are you through making an ass out of yourself?"

"So my dark friend if you are quite finished I propose that we either look for this Angel character or bed down for the night or day as it may be." As Shell speaks the weather grows fierce and the tavern lights flicker.
