    Who or what is Kuli?  What kind of world is it.

has been destroyed by the mythical wizard Fuak.
   So if it has been destroyed, where are you? Standing in the rubble of an asteroid field?  What is left?

It is your juty to track him down and kill him.
   Where are you from if the world has been destroyed? And if you are from the world, why are you still alive (or are you undead shades)?  We can worry about how later.

Then you will have to summon the Dei demon to restore the world once again...
    What is a Dei Demon? How will it fix the world again?

Give us some direction and we can help, but now, there is nothing really to latch on to... for us to work with.

Stabs in the dark here:
Caramon is a world ruled by Kuli, king of the Gods, currently a wasteland, with few people eking out a living in a hostile environment.
Fuak attempted to take the powers of Kuli unto himself, and in doing so, tapped the power from the entire world, obliterating all but the strongest forms of life.
The Dei (Latin root, God?) Demon has the power to sever Fuak's link to the powers of the world, and restore life.

Okay, maybe a little too Fantasia 2000, but there's my take...
And forgive me if my take on your world is horrible and corrupting, Tidus, but I did what I could with what we were given.
