Hi there. Name's Michael, and I've been gaming for a bit over a quarter-century now. I got started with red box Dungeons and Dragons, the one that came with plastic dice you needed to fill in with crayon wax. Moved on to 2e pretty quickly, and spent a lot of my time coming up with house rules to stitch together early netbooks. From there I moved on to GURPS, Unknown Armies, and Feng Shui, which is what kept me going in the early 2000s, though I also had a lot of fun with Mage, Hunter, Wraith, and Werewolf.
These days I don't have a lot of time to play, but I enjoy more narrative systems like Fate and various Apocalypse World hacks.
I make my living as an author, and the idea to turn some of my IPs into rpg settings or systems gnaws at me from time to time, but I don't know if I've got the time for it.
