So the ideas section of submissions used to have a lot more flexibility. More rich text formatting and such.

So, how do I delete or edit an idea on a submission?

There is a small eye icon you can click to enter edit mode.

Basic html can be used in that screen though only bold and italics have a button.

I for one would like to see the same editor for subs available, perhaps as a leveled feature.
