Or could it be that maybe you're just weird?

I have seen many soccer fanatics do the same thing. So there is no difference, really. All fanatic incite and revel in violence to prove their point; even if the Bible and rule book specify fair play and sportsmanship.

well, if they resort to things like murder, they probably are not true Christians. A true Christian would not do that no matter how much it seemed like a good solution to their problem.

Murder, definitely not, but if my family was ever put in a life-or-death situation by an evil-doer, then I would not-so-gladly use extreme measures to protect them. Even if it meant taking the perpetraitor's life.

So, snipes, what you're saying is, the founders of Christianity (The apostles, the apostle's apostles) were not true Christians?

Strom>> good point there, murder is different than self-defence. I am talking mainly about the people who use God as an excuse to do what they want, including murder. (mainly to gain more power)

Captain>>the apostles were true Christians, as what I said above in THIS post still aplies. Also, some of them were not true believers the whole time, this was the first they'd really been exposed to it after all. Besides, the founders of Christianity were God and his son Jesus, not the apostles!

Actually, the apostles were not recorded as murderers; though all but one of them slain for refusing to recant the gospel.

In the book of acts, Saul, most happily murdered christians and was very popular. Later, though, he was converted into christianity.

I jjst realized the thread titles had changed. I think for my safety this might not be the best thread for me to be right now. So without further guilding the lily, and with no more ado, I bid thee farewell for now.

What!!! No penguins themselves can't fly only creatures named Penguin can fly. Also the beginning of this thread furthers my point that penguins eat pie. So take that Vlad!

Wow, I've been extremely good at ranting lately, I think I should turn it into a career!
Anyways, why are you all hunting me in this thread, is it something I did? I said? Maybe a combination of the two? Or does Captain Penguin simply not like the way I looked at him when I got drunk last year? Please spare me, I have a wife and kids to think about! (not my wife and kids, but I still think about em!)

The mean old lady next to me only beats rugs when my window is open, I'm leaning out it, and inhaling a long deep breath! You have it lucky Strolen.

Flightless birds are funny too! I think everyone should just speak one language and shut up about all the others, I don't care which it is (though I prefer English for the sole reason I won't have to learn a new one!) but it would be easier to comunicate that way!
