Triumph of the Dungeon Master!

Ah, how I have come to love that sense of accomplishment and victory that I get when I pull the wool over the eyes of a clever player character. What DM Triumphs have you had?

Some of mine:
1. Finally killing an incredibly powerful, lucky, annoying player's character.
2. Finally achieving a TPK (Total Party Kill)
3. Finally achieving a TPK using only traps
4. Finally working out how to make it so that d**n wizard doesn't steal the spotlight all the d**n time.

Skull Violence = Skallevold, could also be translated as headbutt violence.

The names? Stuff like Nøtterøy, Tolvsrød, Ringshaug, Jarlsberg, Trælleborg, etc.

I have heard the names so often since my birth, but then I began to think about their actual meaning.

Like if your local beach was called Skullviolence, and you never thought about it.

Also, the county I live in is called Vestfold.

Tolkien stole that name for a region of Rohan.

Not too surprising. Imagine my surprise when I was reading the Eddas and came across some familiar-sounding Dwarven names...

Aaaah, you want to find something to match that beard of yours, and now you found it and are just dying to order it!
I see, I see! No need to hide behind irony.

I have peeked through all your webcams. Goss usually sits in a brazilian Samba costume. Jared sits buck naked. Ilya likes to type with his buttocks. MoonHunter uses his nose. Strolen actually IS a llama. Nothing weird about your request. ;)

Eh, you lose a few hairs here and there just running your hands through your hair. Losing a few to a hairtie isn't all that much price to pay for not dying of heat-exhaustion. That said, mine only take hair when I'm lazy.

Should I feel bad for watching "Dirty Pair" and enjoying it? There are so many 80s stereotypes and the entire show has serious overtones of sexism, but it's just funny to watch two cute girls solving crimes (and occasionally blowing up planets).
