Zombies Citadel!
By absolute sheer coincidence (?) one of the larger cities in Midian was the Formourian city of Citadel, which was overran by zombies for several years, and only recently became inhabitable by mortals again. Ironically, it was one of the premier necromancers that helped free this city.

Do you mean "black hole?"

This is a celestial phenomenon formed from a collapsed star.  In its hyperdense collapsed state, it is so massive that its escape velocity (the speed needed to leave its gravity) equals or exceeds the speed of light.  We can detect their presence from the x-rays emitted by matter being sucked into its gravitational pull. Don't believe the crap about it having infinite mass, and the bit about it being a singularity is suspect as well.

Colloquially, it means a great void or abyss.  For example, insurance is a black hole--you keep throwing money into it, and the insurance company just keeps it.

It can also refer to an email (or packet) that is lost somewhere between sender & recipient without an error or bounce message.

In mathematics, it referrs to an expression that relies upon itself, such as x=x+1.  It is so called, because computer programs that try to solve it get messed up, such as by stack overflow.

What's a black whole?
Black holes are thought to form from stars or other massive objects if and when they collapse from their own gravity to form an object whose density is infinity. ^_^!!

   A black hole swallows anything that comes near it. A black hole is a region of space from which you can't escape even light. It has a horizon, wich means a region of space wich you can't escape. If you cross the horizon, you're doomed to eventually hit the singularity. Sometimes, a black hole gobbles up stars, but chances of a whole falling stars into a black hole are quite small. What heppens is, according to some X-ray scientist, the black hole the star but only gulps down a small part of it. A star in the galaxy will be sucked in by a black hole only if it wanders too close to the black hole to the black hole. Perhaps the star's orbit has been disturbed yet another star in the central part of the galaxy. As the star sails past the black hole, the enormous gravity streches the star to the point of tearing it to pieces. In this process, (I think I'm adding to much things here??) called tidal disruption, most of the remains of the star can often escape the black hole. Some small fraction of the star's material is trapped, however, swirling around the black hole and being heated to enormous temperatures, producing the bright X-rays seen a decade ago. As the remains of the star finally fell into the black hole, there was a little left to produce X-rays, so the brightness dropped.......................... Weeeell for short a black hole is a black whirly thingy that is made of gravity.... [I don't really know how to say it for short ^_^!][Can someone help me say it in short explenation?]
                                This all I have recall from my old notes^_^;;

^_^!! I have nothing to do at my house so I just typed this to answer my GF's question *Hehe" I'm proud of myself* !@_@! Is it to long?? :roll:

Used Dragon Salesman
« Reply #1198 on: January 15, 2005, 03:02:39 PM »
8) Hey y'all, this here is Mortimer J. Drachencense, most my buddies call me Drake. Let me tell you what we've got down here at Drachencense's Used Dragons.

A new dragon is real nice, mighty fine. But who can afford one? Tell me, how much did you pay for that first dragon, the old one with the clipped wing, and the missing teeth? Not a whole lot, but you got alot of good miles out of that old brown dragon before some heroes got in and did him in. Why go out and pay good money for a high price new dragon, when a factory refurbished dragon might be just the thing you need.

:dracoliche: Lemme guess, this is what you are expecting to come down here and find. Scales all falling off and rusted, not enough huff and puff left to light a cigarette let alone terrorize a town. You can even see this poor old beasts ribs. We dont sell barrel scrapin' dragons, we sell only the best reconditioned, refurbished dragons and dracomorphs. Unfortunately we dont deal with any Asian imports, we stick with the stock European models.

How about this big boy here - :bigdragon: - just the thing for the combat heavy fellow. He's got monsterous low end torque, and gets plenty of miles per princess eaten. Breath weapon still in great condition, original finish. He's a steal at 200,000 GP.

That's alright, looking for something a little smaller  - :bdragon: - This fellow here is a Czech import. Some of you are shaking your heads over those old Yugo cars, but let me tell you something, they know how to put together a Dragon. This bad boy is sleek and fast, and has great handling. He bank like a hawk, great for munchkins on pegasi.

For some of you on a tighter budget,  :babyd: I've got a few of these little guys. All the features of a name brand dragon, but in a half size body. Easier on the pocketbook, and eats only a minimal number of princesses. Unlike some dragons, this compact can run on un-virgin princess.
