With names like Karakus Smelt, and Penny Sweatmor, I'm not sure these would work too well for a horror or grim'n gritty campaign, but they are quite memorable and catchy and fit well for fantasy settings or light hearted one shots.
A few like Louie “The Lion” Scabbbler and . Artie “The Leech” Lecner would work perfect for organize crime enforcers and the low life punks nearly every campaign has at some point.
Really though I'm surprised this wasn't written up and submitted as a full on sub "101 unusual names" or some such; it would've (and still could) fit well in with the 30's and other "list subs."
