Is the report link in the comment box for the purpose of reporting inappropriate comments?

If so, can the administrators please ignore the report I've made on Valadaar's comment for the following sub:

. What happened was I was trying to reply to your comment but couldn't (the reply link disappeared in my IE browser) so I just clicked on everything else I could click on within the comment box. I've installed Google Chrome now and everything's fine.

Although I found an error with that refresh. It tosses you someplace weird!~
