Submission Links added to all

It is common knowledge that you can link to other submissions inside your own submission by following the directions to create a nice little link.

I have added another section that gives the capability to suggest other plots, items, characters, or settings to be used with your submission without having to directly link them in your post.

There is a new section in each submission section titled, appropriately enough, Character/Plot/Item/Setting Links. You will be able to suggest other submissions that complement yours or that may work well with it. Using this, you will have a list of suggestions after your submission that lists the title of the submission and the description. The title is linked to the full submission and will spawn a new window. Hope you find it useful.

I noticed that all the suggested sumissions say :

"Suggested submissions to be used with this setting."

... even when they aren't settings, like characters or plots. Can we fix it? Can we decapitate Bob the builder? Yes we can!
