It is glorious
Strolen:
I just soiled myself looking through this.
http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/
It has almost everything I have been wanting build in. ....drrrrooooollllllll......
Now I just need to nail down a cleaner design and we are solid!
valadaar:
I agree.
Strolen:
Finally they got responsive. In sort of beta and due out next year but I am using it!
With the forum refresh and seeing this (my past try was a combination of boilerplates and would rather just use 1) I am going to retool my 4.0 start. (http://strolen.com/main4)
Current site is impossible to theme and/or change color schemes and such. With bootstrap 2.0 I will have a solid base that professionals are constantly fixing and it uses Less so I can make a new color scheme in css with a few variable changes and a recompile.
Going to start without much of a design and do a good code review as I port it over. As we have seen, it needs that too. Then once the ebook design is done we can really move into the site redesign.
So very slow and steady. Don't expect any drastic changes anytime soon. As I move code and update it I will update any features on the current site that I get working on the beta. By the time we transfer over it should only be a graphic change.
You all knew with the logo change the site would have to change too...didn't you?
Chaosmark:
I'm loving the concept of Bootstrap. I read the link when you posted it earlier and went, "Perfect! Just what I need!"
I shall be using it myself for some projects, so poke me if you want any collaboration.
Strolen:
Poke. More than happy to share access. Right now I can't figure out why my tabs aren't fading in and out like the demo. <pout>
