Forum post or scroll?

There are some things that are linked into the forum, such as this:

that make me wonder if they should be turned into a scroll. Is there a difference? What would be the procedure for doing such a thing?

I believe those were used for manfred's NPC Characteristic Generator:

But I honestly don't see any reason that it couldn't be a perfect scroll submission and/or a wiki post.

Maybe a wiki, we need to try that. If you want to give it a shot, just compile it into wiki form. At the end just put a list of those people that contributed. Like to their profiles or I can edit that into it after it is compiled. Also link to that original thread and that should cover it.

If you feel like doing it, go for it! I will put a link to that thread to this one so the authors know what is going on.

It is in wiki form, so I do believe that means everyone can edit it as they please. I did not go over the entries too carefully for repeats or formatting consistency.
