hi everyone,
my name is Pat, and I stumbled upon this forum while googling something having to do with world building. I used to be a avid RPer, though currently I find myself more obsessed with building a fantasy-scifi world for the book I am writing, but will probably never finish
I am a college student, so I am officially poorer than I ever have been, so my writing is what keeps me going. I have seen some very interesting and unique settings laid out here, and I hope I can offer some feedback, compliments and criticism and I can only hope you all will do the same for me.

well, I'm hoping to get feedback on the universe I have created. The community here seems small and closely knit, which was what I was looking for. If immitation is the highest form of flattery than I would be truly honored if my ideas were outright stolen. /grin
seriously though, if my lore interests my fellow forumers I'd be happy to help them piggyyback it into their worlds. Better yet, if it were of enough interest to someone that they would consider using it to roleplay I would be happy to let them use it. Considering no details as to actual storyline are going to be disclosed, I would still request humbly, that you allow me to share my world.
and if there is that issue of copyright, I suppose I would have to resort to the poor mans patent ( though I would hazard to guess that Anonymous would try and kill me in my sleep for violation of net neutrality and breach of the free flow of information)

The site's ideas are often used by anonymous visitors so just wanted to be sympathetic if we never got to see those parts you are using to write your stories with.
