The disputed characters include a medieval knight called Ilya Muromets known for his superhuman strength, 'Speckled Hen,' a creature which miraculously lays golden eggs, and Kolobok, a cheerful talking cake who flees animals eager to eat him.

Clear this up for us, Muro. Are you Ukranian or Russian?

Well, suddenly it's all so clear to me. I always thought Murometz was an odd name, assumed it has something to do with the baseball team, never thought to ask as there are so many weird usernames out there. But now... judging from the information I possess, this HAS to be the origin of Muro's name.

And for some reason I want to say he is Ukranian, and not Russian (but possibly both?).

Kolobok is not all that terrifying. He's a cake He outwitted a few animals who were trying to eat him, until the fox came along, and befuddled him with praise. End of Kolobok. Fox full. I like the german version of the fairy tale better. Kolobok ends up letting some starving children eat him. Awwww (yet...creepy?)
