Been looking at DeviantART lately - man, some of that are is deviant :P
If you are not familiar with that site already, it is an immense trove of ideas.

Also Worth1000 has some cool contests which produces images that give ideas.

When I look at this wonderful trove of Dragon magazine, I hate what has become of AD&D.
