Nice Free Tool: 3D Face Models from Photos

Basically, it allows you to create 3D models of faces either by creating from scratch or by "reading in" one or more photos.

Use it to make NPCs for a game, use it to make your MMORPG character look like you. This is the free version of the face generator Bethsoft uses in Oblivion and Fallout 3. You can use it to get the EXACT face you want in game.

It's easy to navigate and use and might come in handy when trying to create NPC portraits. (E.g. you can also morph two previously made and saved faces together.) You can modify read-in models by hand too. Furthermore, it is possible to save a screenshot.

However, there is no option for putting hair on the heads (at least in this demo version). And the heads have this stupid watermark on the forehead (which could be cloned away in photoshop though). Well it is the free version.

That being said, I thought this was the 3d sketch art program made for police department sketches.
