I have an idea for the next quest: nefarious villains and antagonists

I knew there was something I forgot to do. We have oursleves an official, honest-to-goodness Villain's Quest to embark upon!

It shall begin at the stroke of midnight Saturday! With a little help from Strolen, por favor.

Villains.

The Quest requires no introduction beyond that one word.

Depending on the number of entries, we will choose one or two winners. The chosen one, the winning submission's author, will garnish 100 XP. The second place winner will garnish 50 XP.

Every author who enters the Quest will additionally receive an automatic 25 XP bonus if the following ten, cliched words are entirely avoided in the submission.

These ten are;

Insidious
Nefarious
Notorious
Wicked
Diabolical
Malevolent
Infamous
Malicious
Vile

and of course, Villainous.

Dastardly is ok though

This of course is purely a whimsical side-challenge and has no actual bearing on the Quest itself.

Are we making Classes or do we need Named Characters?

I got a idea for a character.. but not a quest.

Also I'd like to know if I have to remain constricted by D&D's tech limitation/seperation from magic. (Okay, a small clue as to what I'm thinking of.)

Ignore everything you know about D&D and their stats and whatever other rule system/class system you know.

What we are looking for is an interesting villian with a solid background and good motivations. Concentrate on the ideas of the villian and not the attributes and you will be solid.

In regards to this quest, I'm faced with a bit of a problem: Most of my villains aren't evil to their own eyes, being that evil is usually unrealistic. But just as one mans Freedom Fighter is another mans Terrorist, I also believe that people can do actions that are good in the eyes of some and horrible atrocities in the eyes of others. Would such a character make the cut, one that is a hero to some though branded as a villain by those he fights?

You will gain praise and worshippers either way. Submit it with your interpretation and put it in as a quest and see how the Horde reacts. Worst case, you thrill us with a submission. Best case, you thrill us with a quest submission. Win-win!

It has been said that every dictator was once a hero to somebody. Everyone needs at least a few trustworthy supporters to make it to the top - which those, that are universally hated rarely manage.

Is on the T-Shirt also a Citadel logo or something? That shouldn't be missing.

Oh, and we should make sure the actual Quest winners get something different than the shirts available for sale. Something more unique, if possible.

Problem is I am lacking a real logo that is identified with the site.

What's wrong with the graphic we put on the StrolenCon dice? Or the logo in the header bar?
