Forum Software = 2.0 public beta release

This is actually awesome news as it has been in the works for a long time. Good timing because we aren't too far into the citadel's 3.0 creation so it can fold right in. It will delay us a little bit as the code is going to have to be reworked but I am happy it is happening now.
