Not terribly nuanced, and no XP system, but a nice little time waster.  I played a game using random AuR characters: Aerex, Talia, Vee, and Aeth.  It actually turned out to be fairly accurate: the cleric was the first to die.  Hm... :lol:

Reminds me of the olden days of ascii dungeons. And of the "Eye of the Beholder" games.
