The Technically correct answer to that is 'Just Short Of C'. This is compounded by acceleration times, etc, etc. For short distances, aka, a couple light minutes, I'm using about .25c, about .5c for 'near sun' interplanetary, Aka: Venus to Mars, and around .8-.9c for Outer World interplanetary.
The travel time of the fight is about 20 minutes away, and they are headed in a sunward vector.
