The Smellbinders, and it had some ideas in it I liked. I wrote three submissions that were actually inspired from it.

Now one of the things that inspired this burst of creativity was Pieh's novel freetext Smelly. There are currently 4 items with the Smelly Freetext, and I think it would nifty if we could get some more smelly locations, stinky people, and odiferous items to add into the smelly freetext. Any takers?

Now, in case there is anyone looking for another theme of this week, we seem to have it already.

Though I have to say, the Smelly freetext still looks kinda funny. :) Is there any other way to call it, Smell or whatever? (So we can include perfume-related submissions, and the like.)

Manfred? Can you not be pleased with any freetext I suggest? Halloween didn't work and now Smelly doesnt either?  :lol:

But to answer the question, I dont think smelly indicates a good or a bad scent, just the presence of a strong one. Stink just seems to be more interesting to describe than sweet. Perfume would certainly fall into the realm of smelly, one persons perfume is another persons eau de toilet-water

Arise Fiestsa, Arise! I really liked thias idea and after talking with MoonHunter we agreed that a weekly theme wasn't a bad idea as long as it didnt create confusion freetexts that defeated the purpose of freetext. If you don't know the purpose of freetext, I suggest you ask Moon.

However, I think this thread is till a good place to post our ideas of what would have a good theme. So! I challenge you, Strolenites! Come up with some crazy themes each week to increase sub flow and stimulate the mind. I'll start: Musical Instruments, Fasionable Footwear, and Board Games are my suggestions for the week this coming week. UTILIZE!
