Hi all!
I've been reading around the citadel for about two month now, and signed up/posting comments for about two weeks.
In term of gaming, I have wanted to play and GM RPGs for about three to four years, but due to lack of a gaming group, I have only started in september last year (2006). Since then I have been playing in a noir Werewolf/Vampire unpublished indie game(
www.edgewalkers.co.uk), at my Uni gaming club. Its not bad, but since its still in alpha testing stages, and the GM lacks experience (his first game), it can be a rough ride.
On a wider note, I am a huge fan of the Fudge derived FATE system. In fact i would advise every gamer to at least download the free pdfs from the fate website (links at the botom of post). FATE is one of the main reason I have come to hate attributes based system.
As for genre, my personal tastes/interests go from D&D style fantasy (but no d&d rules please! i borrowed the books and nearly gave up on roleplaying! i dont know how pure d&d people do it!) right through to cyberpunk (shadowrun sounds like a great setting) as well as modern noir/horror/tension games.
I actually found the citadel while googling for ideas and (for a lack of a better word) 'props' to add to a campaign setting I was developing. I found so much more!!! In fact, I intend to GM this campaign starting in September this year(2007), and will probably be posting much of the info somewhere in here before it gets played.
Now, that might seem a bit pretentious after only a single year of being a player, but we'll see how this plays out...

This
seems to be is a fantastic site,

, And I hope to give justice to the hard work and creativity of the people here!
