Thanks for your interest in the Citadel.
To join the quest or put in any submission on the site you must first join the site. Join through the link on the menu labeled "Register." Pick a username and a valid email address. This site requires email activation of accounts so be sure you give a real email address. Once you get the email, simply follow the link and you should be golden.
Once you are logged into the site, you are logged into the entire site. So use the menu and visit whatever page you like. On each page there is a link to "Add Submission" in the top nav links or on the bottom of the left side menu.
The 5 Room Dungeon quest will be in the Dungeon category so you can start there. Once you click on "Add Submission" and you are in the submission area, to the right of the options are collapsable menus that explain what the options are or what they do...click on the bold choice labels such as Show Location Definitions and they will expand to explain them. Farthest to the right is also another help menu. Click on the area that you need some tips.
HTML is welcomed so format away, there is a HTML help available on the right menu as well.
