Yes, I am a gamer, and I wish I had real gaming experience with people other than my already too-old-to-play-rpgs relatives and my brother.  I also have been a game master (but with the same group of people excluding my brother (seeing he hates rpgs of this kind)).  I actually would like to make a role-playing game all up and sell it to the general public for them to play (at least, after some play-testing with some people from school, anyway).  If I had a favorite game, I would say whatever my parents got me that I absolutely loved to want to try with some friends, and still want to play it some time afterward!!  As for how I came to the site, I found it on a search engine when looking for role-playing stuff, and that was a long time ago.  Don't feel bad if I go for a long time and never come back, though that most likely won't happen, because I really enjoy the genre of games that are mentioned on this board.

Thanks, Murometz!!  I'll tell you what I play when I get the chance to:  stuff that I make up (seeing that I'm autistic and my parents wouldn't get me a real tabletop rpg for reasons that I can't remember.  Some time ago, however, I obtained a free version of the Holy Lands rpg (with parental approval) and right now I'm trying to get the OVA game (OVA is short for Open Versatile Anime...  yes, I'm dead serious, an actual anime role-playing game made it to the market!!) and right now it's not looking too good on that front.) and video games.  Don't worry, I still like Role-Playing as much as you guys do, so I am good to go on that part.

Well, Scrasamax, I pronounce it the way Final Fantasy would pronounce it:  JOE-CO-BO (I hope that helps out).

Also, I meant the TCH part pronounced one letter at a time, so, please, no calling me Tich!!  Thank you.

I hope that was a joke, because I have no need of catching a REAL chocobo, since the birds of light are meant to be used like war horses!!  Sorry if that was offensive, Strolen, but I will go along with the joke (or whatever it is you actually were having that sentence after the question):  I will find the chocobo you are looking for.

I'm pretty sure there are other Anime based games on the market, Big Eyes Small Mouth comes to mind as well as the various incarnations of Robotech, Macross and the like.

I'd like to see a RPG for Neon Genesis Evangelion, but I've no idea how they would pull that off.

Hello there, tch. Wecome to the Citadel. We've got fun and games. I happen to be a big fan of Chocobos myself and hope you don't hurt them when you hunt them. I remember when I was young and foolish... I once attacked a Chocobo. It killed my whole party. Attacking Chocobos is not how to catch them, they are not Pokemon. I learned this lesson that day. Now I stick to attacking Pikachus. mmm... I think I'm gonna go make a PikaBLT right now.
