Hello everybody.

My name is John and I'm from the UK. I've been writing and running my own roleplay game for my friends for about seven years and I found this site the other day and couldn't help but be impressed with the amount of good ideas and imaginative writing.

The thing I particularly like though is the inclusion of idea seeds for games and little random things that help make roleplaying games so much more detailed and interesting. There's even a random generator for random objects found in NPC's pockets. Brilliant!

Thanks for the warm welcome and the fish and chips. You can't go wrong with fish and chips.

I've actually been using this site for quite a while just for getting ideas when I'm stuck with my writing. I think it's a fantastic ideas bank.

The game I've written is called Supremacy. It's a D20 system. It's sort of fantasy horror set in Earth's far future after an invasion of demons from outer space (the void).
It's quite difficult to describe because there has been so much written but basically the human race got seriously diminished and then all the vampires who had been hiding amongst humanity for eons decided it was time to rise up again and while humanity was reeling from the demon invasion they took all the technology that was still working and set up a vampire kingdom in the southern hemisphere.
The actual game is set several hundred years after the demon invasion and humanity have very little understanding of technology but fortunately all the old gods of magic have awoken and so magic sort of replaces technology.
As I said I've been running it for my friends for the last seven years and over that time so much background has been added to the game that I would have to make a TRULY epic post in order to even get close to describing it properly.

I decided to join this site properly so that I could share ideas with the other writers and roleplayers on here and hopefully improve my game and help to improve other people's.

Does anybody have any tips on where I should start?
