So... I haven't watched it but I see the critics are having a ball slaughtering it.

As a comic book movie, very fun.  The special effects were a blast, as was the utter violence and laconic humor.  As a history teacher, it had far more error than I could shake a stick at.  To be fair, no one ever claimed it was a historical film, but ancient Sparta is interesting even when you do leave the history in.

All in all, 4.5/5
