Executioner's Hood: 320 +8/hp (17 hp)

Bonus xp (negotiating the tunnels, gathering info from captured, freed prisoners and such): 250xp.

Um.  We have an issue, that should probably get worked out.  The smart thing would be to retreat to town to get our badly injured partymates healed.  But the baddies are going to notice when their patrols don't come back, and there will never be as good of an opportunity to attack.

Okay, updated XP totals.  We have slightly less than I thought we did because I forgot to change the number of players the XP is divided by.  Also, am I right in thinking that characters not present for an encounter don't get the XP for it?  (In this case, Tristan.)

Anyway.  Me, Dozus, Wulf, and Pariah have 535.  Shadow has 585.  Chaos has 180.  Valadaar has 121.  Scras has 485.

Primary plan to reduce enemy base camp:

Inital team conducts recon of enemy camp, tampering with food or drink while there (if possible)

Main team preps ambush site while recon is underway
     ambush uses available resources to control enemy movement
     fire based trap using booze and sodium if available (did we get any sodium?)
If recon team has to evade, they lead enemy into ambush site

Follow up:
Main Team assaults enemy camp: priority is to confuse enemy and disrupt their command and control
When enemy resistance becomes organized, we flee, leading enemy into ambush site

Also, to the party necromancer: it would be in your best interest if you made sure that Tristan doesn't see the undead you intend to raise. He wasn't there for the argument, and was half awake the last time it came up, so he has no clue about the necromancy. Keeping it that way is quite important to keeping interparty squabbles to a minimum. Though the discussions could go on for hours about the ethics of it...

My suggestion: raise and keep the undead on the other side of the camp from where we'll be attacking, both to keep it away from the clerics and to provide a distraction.

Oh, and can we get a map of the camp from the captured boy? That seems tantamount to organizing the plan. Nothing too fancy, but at least /something/.
