Added an html help link under the Quick Links
You can now print all your favorites. Link is under favorites.
Did a few fixings on the print page. Format is a little denser and needs a little design work. Will only print all codices if you use that specific print link on the main codex. Favorites will not print full codices.
"Favorites" listing is only compiled titles that a person bookmarks that are *not* their own.
Separated the scroll count from the comment count so scrolls will show both numbers.
