T-Bone eh? Well I should tell you that I am an afficianado of t-bones, rib-eyes, and porterhouses, and I think it is only fair to warn you about what I do with them. I dry rub them with salt and pepper and leave them sizzling over a charcoal fire until they are rare done. Cooked on the outside, bloody in the middle.
