How to post a codex

Perhaps this is an awful naive question, but I searched and search and I couldn't find the answer myself.
I wrote a submission which I intended to add as a codex to the Bizzare Life-Forms Challenge, but I can't figure out how to add the link back to it or make it a codex.
Could someone help me please?

Go to the bottom of the lifeform submission and you will see the following:

Suggest a full submission for Codex:
 
Can be id or title, one at a time. If your suggestion is deleted you will loose extra XP so please make it relevant.

Just throw your submission ID in there and you are golden.

I see something similar to that at the bottom of my submission:

But in the same place at the bottom of the Bizzare Life-Forms Callenge, I just have the option to vote or comment. I couldn't find that option on other Codicies either.
Do I put the Bizzare Life-Forms Challenge's ID in the "Suggest A Submission" field of my Submission, then?
Or is the ability to add to this challenge restricted to persons with more xp?

Might be a level thing. Will have to look at it when I get into linux.

Looks like somebody put it in the codex for you already.

Yes. you may definately put that link in your "suggest a submission" in your post to give it an extra level of linkage.
