New to this site but not to gaming.

Hello my name is Chris and I've been playing table tops since high school,oh no, it's been 20 years already.
It can't have been that long , could it? AAAUUUUGGGHHHH it has.


Okay, sorry for the breakdown. I've pulled myself together, no longer a weeping mass, lying on the floor.

As I was saying , I've been playing for 20 years but have only been DMing for about 3. I've played 2e and 3e D & D as well as
Werewolf and Vampire. I also enjoy Munchkin.

 I just stopped in to see if I could pick up some tips on being a better DM and to share some of my ideas. well enogh of me blathering , I eagerly await your replys

Pick up some tips, roll them around, squish them, squeeze them, toss them back, and add to them as you will.

Hopefully you can find something interesting amongst it all.

Welcome Fearghus, I've only been playing for about 9 years, but I've been DMing four about 8 of those years. I too play Vampire and werewolf, but I must admit I dislike the new Requiem edition of the game

I can honestly say that having been gaming for some aspect or another for 20+ years... (Moon has me beat I am sure) it seems to have it's own folder in your mind for memories both good and bad. I can say I have more full complete memories of gaming than I do of virtually any other thing I have ever done. To include sports, movies, books, etc... Gaming tops the list of the most memories.
