In Honor of the MTV movie awards, we have one of our own.
We rate the bests found in movies, Like Best Cuss, Best Death, ect. They may be replaced by others down the line, but lets see the public acclaim.  

In the fighting world....

Best Fencing Scene/ Fight Scene: Princess Bride

Best Martial arts fight scene: Return of the Dragon

Best CGI enhance fight scene: Matrix I

Best non martial arts/ fencing fight scene: The Quiet Man.

Does anyone want to nominate the Best Gunfight?
Or how about the best action heroine?

Best gunfight: I'm wanting to say near the end of The Magnificent Seven for the pathos, but I'm sure that others will disagree on this point (replacing as their choice, something with entirely too much CG).

(Reposted) Most inspiring movie for roleplaying: The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension. With the impossible made mundane, a band of talented misfits, and the world chanting their name, the Hong Kong Cavaliers are the ultimate pc troupe. In a sense, all player-characters are mere shadows of Dr. Bonzai. The movie has provided priceless inspiration, as a GM, player, and game designer. And the closing credits scene will have you whistling/humming the song for weeks.

Scariest horror film: Spiceworld, hands-down.

Best Cuss: Cartman's power-up attack at the end of South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut.  "Barbara Streisand" is the final swear word in that string of curses.

Best CGI enhanced fight scene: Matrix III (final fight scene took them two full years of CGI work to do)

Best Cheesy Martial Arts movie that no one knows about: Volcano High (that's the only time when I think a black rapper has done a decent job)
