Just rearranged the setting area a little bit. Made the more (or more recently) active forums get the top seat. Figured they deserved the top rung of the sorting list for being actively developed.

The sorting will probably now be a little more fluctuating to keep up with actively updated settings. Makes sense to me to have the forums that are active get a top spot in their section. Mabye it will even spur some creativity from me waaaaay down there at the bottom.

In the top Ideas Section it is not a problem. The Settings section makes it a bit more difficult to find things, as there are so many of them. We will see how this works in the game section.

You are a worry wart. There aren't _that_ many settings anyway. Those that have been following them will know them, those that are new, well one ordering scheme is as good as any other to them since it is just a list of different settings anyway.

Need to mix it up occasionally to put the familiar into a new light.
