I feel so honoured *sob* I don't know what to say! Thankyou, Oh, Citadel! Thank you all for the privilege of being here today!

I cannot adequately express my gratitudes to the denizens of the citadel, fellow travellers on the path of creativity, brothers and sisters all, I thank you for your inspiration and ever-warm welcome, no matter how far I stray from the path of the artist.

You've been a rock for all these years, a source of light-filled joy, sweet sorrow, and endless mirth; whichever I needed the most. How could I forget these moments? My first handshake with Cthulhu, the first time I was bitten by a llama, or having all my magical books eaten by Niyotts.

Long prosper the citadel! Hip Hip Huzzah!

Hobbling over to the microphone the disheveled writer grabs hold to either side of the podium for support. Blinking she holds a hand over her eyes to shield from the lights.
