I am in the process of making the times on the main Citadel actually accurate to your timezone. To do that I reset the server time to GMT a bit ago. Today I reset the forum time to match the server time which may have thrown off your profile's correct timezone adjustment.
To update your timezone, go to your profile -> Looks and Layout and adjust your timezone offset for your timezone from GMT. There is the forum time under that block to show what you need to adjust from.
Once that is set we should be good. I will slowly troll through the Citadel updating the time references to reflect your timezone correctly. I have only done the viewing pages as of this post.
