There are many books, games etc... which show chaos and order as not bitter enemies, but rather allies, benefiting each other mutually. This world goes one further and say that chaos IS order. For without the change, this universe will fall into disuse, becoming stagnant and fading from existence.
In terms of who falls under which wanderer, the following examples may help you out a little:
Felheu: Destruction
Anyone who has a nature to injure or destroy will fall under this category. This may include anything from Traitors to vandals, thieves (all of which arent in short supply in Ghanris), Torturers, Demolishers, explosives experts and so on.
Alama'que: Element
This includes anyone who studies or has an affinity to weather and the elements. This can include blacksmiths (Who use fire and water to craft items), weathermen, Fishermen, boaters/sailors (wind+water), and so on.
Khi Paranei: Death
This may include anyone who studies, enjoys, or lives around death. Gravediggers, Morgue workers, Murderers. Even some law enforcers.
Morden: collection
This would include Travellers and explorers, basic adventurers, guides, horse-riders and the like.
Inilistis: Creation
This will include artists, crafters, builders, sculptors and so forth.
Krak'namagi: Mechanics
This involves more specialised 'how things work' thoughts than creation. Inventors, mechanists, complex crafters and the like.
Szeiner: Life
This will include any who study or work with life. Psychologists, doctors, Vetinarians, immunisers and scientists working on things to do with prolonging life.
Eriphen: Nature
Nature will include anyone who has much to do with animals and plants. Herbalists, vetinarians, Hunters, alchemists.
Zey of records
Anyone who has to work on recording and the like. Scribes, treasury people, news makers and so on.
If someone has a profession or way of life that may fall in either of the two categories, that person will only fall in the one that is used most. Someone can only have one aspect. For example: Blacksmiths could fall under Element, Mechanists or creators, but they prominently manipulate elements of heat, water and wind to make things, so they fall under element.
